The Beach House
The Habetin Homes team worked with Fruition Design based out of Vancouver in 2021 to give this Roberts Creek project a new look. With great bones but outdated finishes, we renovated each room adding sleek new fixtures and modern lines while maintaining some of its original charm.
Consistency and continuity.
Custom millwork projects fabricated in-house by Habetin Homes included multiple closets, both bathroom vanities, media room built-ins, shelving and more throughout. The result is an effortless feeling of cohesion throughout the house and matching quality in every room.
What once was old is new again.
The existing real fir floors just needed a fresh look. They were carefully perserved and protected throughout construction, then sanded and restained by Creekwood Flooring. Kitchen cabinetry also received a fresh coat of paint - but new hardware, countertops, bright backsplash, and appliances including a more modern, flush hoodfan gave this kitchen the upgrade it deserved.
Powder room with a punch.
Everything in this small space was replaced and renovated, and no detail was overlooked despite it’s size. Frameless shower glass, a custom curved vanity with 5” mitred edge counter in fresh concrete, and a Herman Miller pendant light tied everything together.
Bold and beachy.
These Zellige Moroccan style tiles in Petrolio created an updated version of the beachy bathroom, accented by modern brushed nickel Agua plumbing fixtures. Continue scrolling to see more images from this project.
The turquoise "Phoenix" concrete sink by concretti is hand crafted, durable, and embraces unique markings to make it truly one-of-a-kind.

In-wall, hidden plumbing allowed us to eliminate the need for cabinet doors or drawers in the small space, replaced by open shelving
